Please note, in some instances, orders may arrive in multiple packages and be delivered on different days.

Delivery of your order

Please check all goods before signing for them. If you have chosen to leave your order with a neighbour or in a ‘safe place’, please check your goods as soon as possible. Please be aware that deliveries will not be left without a signature being taken.

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged’ clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature and refuse the delivery.

You can track your order by logging in to your Monisha London Account. If you have not received your items within 6 working days of ordering, please advise us by email at info@monishalondon.com Our team is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. International Deliveries – Exemptions, Taxes and Surcharges

Extremely rarely, in the event of unusually heavy or oversized orders going to overseas destinations, our shipping tariffs will prove insufficient to cover our costs. If this is the case, we will contact you and request that you pay a postage surcharge to equal our specific shipping costs for your order. Should you choose not to pay that surcharge we will refund your payment in full and cancel your order. Should we receive no reply to this request we will hold your order for seven days awaiting a response and then refund your payment in full and cancel your order.

Import Taxes, Duties and Fees

Please note that all orders being sent outside of the UK may be liable for customs duties, purchase taxes (e.g., VAT), or additional charges when they arrive in a foreign country. These fees may vary from country to country depending on the local rate of tax. Duties which may be levied on certain goods may also include an admin fee from the delivery company collecting these fees on behalf of the government in question. By placing an order on our site to be delivered to an international destination, you are agreeing to accept liability for any such charges as described above, which may be levied upon delivery. If your order qualifies for any of these charges, they will usually be invoiced directly by the delivery company delivering your parcel. For example, if your delivery is being made by DHL, DHL will usually notify you of any fee to pay either on the morning of delivery or at the point of delivery. If Airmail is chosen, a notification of fees may come via your national postal service or Royal Mail’s subsidiary GFS.

If you choose DHL and you have a DHL account number, please notify us at the time of order placement. If provided, DHL will be able to directly charge your account and you should not incur any additional administration fee. In our experience, the implementation of additional fees and charges on international deliveries is somewhat haphazard and varies from country to country, so we are unable to estimate what, if any, fees may be charged to you. We, therefore, recommend visiting your government’s customs and import website for further information if you are concerned.

International Deliveries

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND VAT CHARGES: WE DO NOT COVER CUSTOMS CHARGES, DUTIES, OR VAT FOR ANY ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UK. YOU MAY BE CHARGED BY YOUR CUSTOMS AUTHORITY AT THE PREVAILING RATE FOR YOUR COUNTRY, EITHER ON DELIVERY OR WHEN YOUR ORDER REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. WE REGRET THAT ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO US BECAUSE OF UNPAID FEES WILL NOT HAVE THE COST OF SHIPPING REFUNDED.

EU Customers: Customs, taxes and duties charges may be applicable to your order – please check the customs legislation in your own country for details of how and when you must pay when you import goods.

Covid-19 Update: The times below represent our normal international delivery times, but please note some orders are taking significantly longer than usual to arrive. We process and dispatch quickly, but any current delays en route are sadly out of our control. We send everything tracked where possible, so you can see the progress of your shipment through your tracking link.

Our custom services (personalised gifts) will naturally take a bit longer – information on how much time the customisation will add is available on the product page for that service.

If you can’t find your country in the list, need a faster or guaranteed delivery date shipping service, or are willing to wait longer to make shipping cheaper, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Note on import restrictions: if we cannot ship any of your orders due to your country’s import restrictions, we will get in touch immediately to see how you wish to proceed.

Refusal of or Undelivered International Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us from overseas due to any of the following reasons: the recipient’s refusal to pay import taxes, duties or charges; the inability to deliver a parcel due to inputting an incorrect address at checkout; or where the customer is not available or refuses delivery; (except where the goods are damaged or faulty) the customer will be responsible for the return of the goods to us and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of both the outgoing and return shipping as well as any admin fees that we may have been charged by the delivery company from any refund we offer.

Personalised Gifts

Orders containing items to be personalised may take longer to be delivered and may be subject to further restrictions. Orders containing some personalised items will incur an additional shipping fee equal to our standard delivery fee as they are despatched from a separate location. Please check any information provided in the personalised product description carefully.

How long we retain your data
