A request for a return or replacement must be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any goods requiring refund or replacement must be returned within 14 days of the request. Please note that the delivery charge is not refundable for cancelled orders.
Returns of Personalised Products
For personalised items, returns will only be accepted if items are damaged or faulty for a full refund
Failure to report a damaged item within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.
Once the goods are returned to our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the goods within 14 days and the item’s value back to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be processed to a different debit or credit card.
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods ordered, you can return them back to our warehouse or courier them back to us at your own expense. Please quote your original order number and date of order.
It will be very helpful for seasonal items that for some reason you wish to return must be returned within a saleable time frame, at your expense, however, if items are returned outside the time, we cannot issue refunds.
If returning by courier, we recommend you obtain proof of delivery and use a suitable service for the type of item being returned. If you require advice on courier selection, please contact us by email at info@monishalondon.com
If we find the goods have not been returned in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the products affected. Return address:
Faulty, Damaged, Mis-picked and Missing Goods
If any product is faulty, damaged, or missing from your order, or you have received the wrong item(s) please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@monishalondon.com (excluding Public Bank Holidays).
PROOF OF BREAKAGES
Monisha London reserves the right to ask customers to provide photographic evidence of broken or damaged goods at our discretion.
Faulty, damaged, and mis-picked products will be collected by the courier at your convenience and a refund or replacement issued within 14 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse. Missing goods will be reprocessed and delivered using our Express Delivery service or refunded within 14 days
