Yes, this can be done, provided your order has not been processed for dispatch. Get in touch with us to check your order status by emailing info@monishalondon.com with your existing order number. If the order has not been processed and the additional item (s) is in stock, we can take this extra item and add it to your order.

Yes, this is possible, provided that the order has yet to be processed for dispatch; we will do everything possible to cancel and refund your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team at info@monishaLondon.com. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please ensure goods are securely packaged with the order number and the reason for your return is included. A refund of the value of the goods will be processed within 5 days of receipt. However, it can take 1 – 5 working days for refunds to appear in your account.

Our fulfilment department operates to the highest standard by ensuring that your order is delivered in one piece. It is extremely rare to receive items damaged or broken upon receipt. We may request photographs of the damaged or broken item by emailing us to avoid the item having to be sent back to us.
